Airy double room with the bathroom, double bed plus a single glazed sash windows. A great selection of delightful options for meal. Nice swimming pool and marvellous location next to the Greenhouse restaurant.

Had great-sized and newly renovated room with separate bathroom and a kettle and climate control. Its location in Kendal was marvellous and lovely, right by which had a nice atmosphere, restaurant & pub, and well placed for sightseeing. Furthermore, close to Kendal town centre

My wife and I were very pleased with all aspects of our stay, the room was excellent, the staffs were friendly and very efficient, and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is well placed for visiting the lakes and costal resorts. In the evening we ate at the Alexander's and the food was first rate as was the staffs. We could not fault the breakfasts or the pleasant staff even that early in the morning. We shall definitely be recommending the hotel to our friends and will be returning ourselves in the future.
